When you choose to sign in, we process the name, email address, account identifier, and authentication tokens provided by Google or Apple.
For reliability, security, abuse prevention, and analytics, we may process IP address, user agent, device identifier, app version, language, screen views, and feature usage events.
Camera access is used to take coffee note photos and scan bean QR codes.
Photo library access is used to attach existing photos to notes or save share images.
Location access is used only when you choose to fill the cafe name and address from your current location.
Authentication may use Google OAuth and Sign in with Apple.
Product analytics may use PostHog. Session replay and advertising tracking are not enabled by default.
Uploaded photos and assets may be stored in Google Cloud Storage, and server data is processed on Google Cloud infrastructure.
Account data and synced notes are retained while your account remains active. If you request deletion, we delete the data except where temporary backup retention or legal obligations require otherwise.
